TRAVEL FEES

The travel fee is calculated using the travel distance from our warehouse in Kalamunda to the event location.

Here is our cost guide:

20-50km - $50

50-80km - $100

80-110km - $150

WHAT ARE THE TENTS FURNISHED WITH?

We furnish our tents with memory foam, queen-size mattresses and/or single mattresses, pillows, duvets and fresh white linen, towels, wool or cotton blankets, jute rugs, cushions, coffee table, bedside and entrance lighting and thai beds.

We can offer you a different bed configuration that would suit.

 

DOES THE TENT HAVE A POWER?

All our tents are set up with an 880Wh portable power supply. It has 240v wall outlets, USB and USB c outlets and can run a mini fridge for more than 60hrs!

 

ARE THE TENTS WATERPROOF?

Yes! Our canvas bell tents have weathered the worst storms there are, without leaking a drop!

 

DO WE HAVE TO PUT AND PULL DOWN THE TENT UP OURSELVES?

No! All the setting up of camp is done by us. Just arrive and get straight into relaxing.

When you leave, just zip the tent up and get on your way.

 

WHAT TYPE OF MATTRESSES DO YOU USE?

We use a combination of foam queen size mattresses (150mm) and foam single mattresses.

 

WILL I BE WARM ENOUGH IN THE TENT?

The tents are cosy, and with natural body heat, the canvas holds in warmth. In the cooler months we provide extra wool blankets.

If you are worried you'll still be cold you can hire an electric fan heater from the optional extras on our booking request form.

 

CAN I BRING MY DOG?

Unfortunately, as much as we love dogs, we have had to say a blanket no to glamping pets as it hasn’t been positive for us in the past.

 

HOW MANY TENTS DO YOU HAVE?

We are a boutique glamping business with 4 tents. However, if your event requires more than four tents we are able to hire more upon individual request

BOOKING

 

WHAT IS THE BOOKING PROCESS?

1. First, browse our tents page to decide what package suits you and if you want to include any extras.

2. Next, click through to book page, and look through the different locations we set-up at or choose your own location.

3. Once you have decided on where you would like to glamp, click the ‘book this location’ link in that location page.

4. Fill in a 1 minute booking request form.

5. Await email confirmation. We aim to confirm all booking requests within the business day.

6. Upon receiving confirmation email, instructions regarding payment and availability will be provided.

7. Once you have made your deposit, your booking will be held and you're ready for your holiday!

 

DO I HAVE TO BOOK THE CAMPSITE?

No, we book it for you.

 

ARE THE CAMPSITE FEES EXTRA?

No, we have included them in the price.

 

CAN I BOOK FOR ONE NIGHT?

Yes! As of now we offer a minimum of one-night stays.

 

CAN I BOOK A TENT FOR A CAMPSITE OTHER THAN THE ONES YOU OFFER ON YOUR WEBSITE?

Yes! We will setup at any site you choose within a radius of 100km of Perth (travel fees apply). All we require is suitable access via foot to the site and a site area of 7m2 minimum as well as 3m of height space.

We can travel further, however, please contact us if your site falls outside our 100km radius.

LOCATIONS

 

WHAT FACILITIES ARE THERE AT THE CAMPSITES?

The facilities at each campsite are safe and well catered for with good communal toilet and shower ablutions, camp kitchens and BBQs.

Each have parking.

National Park Campgrounds offer more limited facilities: no showers, and long-drop toilets.

 

CAN I HAVE A CAMP FIRE?

Campfires are only permitted outside of a fire ban. This normally runs between November and May.

Having a campfire also depends on the individual campsite policy. Some allow individual fire-pits and others have communal fire-pits only.

 

HOW FAR DO YOU TRAVEL?

Travel is restricted to 100km - 1hr to venue.

Travel fees apply and can only be calculated once we know tent numbers and your requirements and location.

 

HOW DO I KNOW WHICH LOCATION I WILL LIKE?

All the campsites we set up at are great places to stay for different glamping experiences.

They are all in areas that offer activities such as bush walking, wineries, restaurants, and tourist attractions.
