Wilderstay Glamping Terms and Conditions (Adhering to Western Australia Law). These terms and conditions will also comply in conjunction with the terms and conditions of third-party venues when booking us on their property. 1. Booking and Reservation

1.1. To make a reservation with Wilderstay Glamping, customers must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information.
1.2. Booking Confirmation: A reservation is considered confirmed only when either the deposit of $100 is made or full payment is made and a booking confirmation email has been sent to the guest. (Full deposit is non-refundable). 
1.3. Full payment of all subsequent nights must be made one week or seven days in advance of the check-in date
1.4. Full refunds with the deduction of the $100 deposit will be given if a booking made is cancelled within 24 hours. If the booking isn't cancelled within 24 hours, the normal cancellation policy applies.
1.5. Reservations are subject to availability, and Wilderstay reserves the right to decline bookings at its discretion.
1.6. Payment: We accept various payment methods, as specified on our website or as agreed upon during the booking process.
1.7. Reservations made under an individual's name must be made by the same individual who checks in unless agreed otherwise - wedding planners and event organisers are exempted. That individual is responsible and liable for all guests and themselves.

1.8. A valid credit card is required to secure a reservation, and partial payment is due at the time of booking.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1. Cancellations made before 14 days of the check-in date will be eligible for a full refund with the deduction of the $100 deposit. 

2.2. Cancellations made within 14 days of the check-in date will not be eligible for a refund.
2.3. No-shows and early departures will be charged the full amount of the reservation and won't be eligible for refunds.
2.4. All travel fees are non-refundable

3. Check-In and Check-Out

3.1. Check-in time and check-out time will be agreed upon before your booking date. Early check-ins and late check-outs may be available upon request and are subject to availability.
3.2. Guests must present valid identification and the credit card used for booking at check-in.

4. Rules and Regulations

4.1. Guests are expected to respect the property and their rules and follow all posted rules and regulations, including quiet hours and fire safety guidelines.
4.2. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the glamping accommodations and any designated non-smoking areas.
4.3. Pets are not allowed unless otherwise specified in the booking details.

5. Liability and Responsibility

5.1. Wilderstay is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal belongings during their stay.
5.2. Guests are responsible for any damages to the glamping accommodation or property caused by their actions, and they may be charged for repairs or replacements.
5.3. Liability: We are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or losses that occur during your stay. Guests are advised to secure personal insurance coverage. 

6. Privacy Policy

6.1. Wilderstay may collect and use guest information in accordance with our privacy policy. Guest information will not be shared with third parties without consent. Images or videos taken during your stay may be used for marketing material unless stated otherwise.

7. Termination

7.1. Wilderstay reserves the right to terminate a guest's stay without a refund if they fail to comply with these terms and conditions or engage in disruptive or unlawful behaviour.
7.2. The Location/Campground/Venue Owner or Management reserve the right to refuse or terminate a booking or to ask guests to leave the property at any time, at the discretion of the Location/Campground/Venue Owner

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

8.1. Wilderstay may update these terms and conditions at any time. Guests are encouraged to review the latest version on our website before making a reservation.
9. Governing Law (Adhering to Western Australia Law)
9.1. The laws of Western Australia govern these terms and conditions, and any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Western Australia.

10. Unforeseen Events:

10.1. We are not liable for any delays, cancellations, or changes due to unforeseen events or circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, and other emergencies.

By making a reservation with Wilderstay, guests acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions, as well as the laws of Western Australia. It is the guest's responsibility to read and understand these terms and conditions before making a reservation.
